AEVIA products may include dietary supplements and cosmetic wellness products. Product information is for general wellness and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Dietary supplement statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders and payments

We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors, or cannot be fulfilled. Payments are processed by Shopify and third-party payment providers, including PayPal and Paynet/Cybersource where enabled. We do not store full card numbers.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy. Opened or used consumable products may not be eligible for return unless required by law or unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.
